Return & Refund Policy

"DIY ACCESSORIES Guarantee" is our refund and exchange coverage program that is designed to protect all of our buyers against unsatisfied or damaged products by offering 100% refund or exchange based on buyer’s preference. The policy will only be valid for 7 calendar days starting from the date you have successfully received the item(s) from us.


  1. Returns are possible if unfortunately the items ordered are wrongly sent, faulty/defective, out of stock.
  2. If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown then we will meet our obligations which may include refunding the purchase price or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within 7 days.
  3. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all of the tags intact and in their original packaging. If the products have been used or damaged, there will not be any refund.
  4. Item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  5. If the products have been used or damaged, there will not be any refund.
  6. Minor defects like minor scratch, etc which are not affect the fuctionality of products. For these cases, the refund or return will not be valid. However it is always our objective to ensure all items are in good conditions before shipment.
  7. We take no responsibility for any returned items and cost that do not reach us, i.e., lost during the return transit.
  8. After verification of the returned item(s), refund or replacement will be arranged within 3 -7 working days.

DIY ACCESSORIES Exchange Conditions & Notification
The following are the Exchange Conditions:
  1. Goods sold are not refundable.
  2. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all of the tags intact and in their original packaging and receipt.
  3. Sold may be exchange for electronic goods only with show of original receipt and the original packing without any damage at the same outlet if purchases.
  4. No exchange will be entertained for use item, wearable item or the receipt is lost.
  5. For all returns and resend, the cost of shipping will be borne by the buyer.
The following are the Exchange Notification:
  1. Please email us within 3 days of receiving your order, failing which your request will not be entertained.
  2. After verifying and agreed upon the item(s) to be returned and/or exchanged, buyers must return the item(s) in good conditions, within 7 days of receiving. Failing which the request is invalid.
  3. "Please return by courier service only" and provide tracking reference for the return.
  4. Once we have received the returned products, exchanges will be processed within 3 - 7 working days.
  5. We will not be responsible should there be a delay in shipping which may not meet your expected date of receiving, i.e., function or during festive season, etc.
Items for Customers to note:
  1. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the store does not have any more stock, you may wait until they are able to source additional stock of the desired product or visit another nearby store.
  2. Exchanges may apply for the same product of a different colour or for different products that serve the same function at the same price.
  3. Any exchanges for products of higher prices will require additional payment to make up the price differential.
  4. If for any other reasons you are still not satisfied with the purchase please email us within 3 days of receiving your order.
